For example, because the coke blocking car and the coke quenching car are not aligned with the same furnace number as the coke pushing car, the coke is unloaded on the track or blocked on the coke guiding row of the coke blocking car, causing a large number of equipment to burn down and even casualties, resulting in major accidents of shutdown and maintenance, with direct and indirect losses of more than tens of thousands of yuan. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a alignment device that can align the three carts with the same furnace coking chamber, in order to ensure the unloading operation of anquan and change the operating conditions of workers.

In order to prolong the service life of coking equipment accessories, coking equipment accessories should always maintain a good technical state during operation, so as to achieve the purpose of constantly changing and improving the quality of equipment, and give full play to the efficiency of equipment, so as to ensure the operation state of coking equipment accessories and the sustainable development of enterprise production. This paper analyzes the design shortcomings of the original coke oven door, and expounds the transformation scheme of the sealing structure of the oven door. The original furnace door is designed as an integral steel casting and does not have adjustable performance. The negative tolerance (-4.6mm) of the Z-type integral rolled stainless steel knife edge is thermally installed on the furnace door body, fixed on the furnace door clamp plate of the furnace door body, and positioned according to the adjustable allowance of the pressure shaft. In the long-term production process of coke oven, the furnace frame will have different degrees of curvature deformation.

Rational utilization of equipment accessories for (II) and coking coke ovens

① About the use of steam

Steam is a high-grade thermal energy, because of its easy to use, coking coke oven equipment accessories in the coking and other chemical industry in large quantities. However, because steam is an energy product with high cost and low thermal efficiency, the consumption should be reduced as much as possible in production, which is the main object of coking energy saving and consumption reduction.

The steam consumption of coking accessories is more and more scattered, and the steam consumption is larger. According to statistics, the unit consumption in 2006 was 0.159 t/t coke, and the unit consumption from January to September 2007 was 0.156 t/t. The energy-saving measures for steam are mainly to reduce the amount and improve the thermal efficiency. The improvement of the thermal efficiency of steam use is mainly considered from the improvement of equipment and the improvement of the level of process technology and equipment, which is not described here, but mainly studied from the aspect of reducing the consumption. To reduce the amount of steam, the way is to ensure the main production process requirements and product quality, under the premise of the use of alternative energy, especially the use of coking self-produced secondary energy and recovery of waste heat resources, such as surplus furnace gas. In recent years, with the development of domestic gas air conditioning technology, there has been a direct-fired type of cooling machine instead of steam heating of the cooling machine, can save a lot of steam. However, direct-fired refrigerators have higher requirements for gas quality, and were mainly used for civil products using natural gas. Because natural gas is also a high-quality energy source, the steel industry, especially coking companies, generally do not use it, but try to use the by-product energy such as coke oven gas, blast furnace gas, and converter gas produced by the steel companies themselves.

At present, the direct-fired refrigerator using coke oven gas as fuel is becoming more and more mature and should be considered.

Ammonia distillation as another large steam users, can also consider the use of alternative energy, Jinan iron and steel company coking plant has been carried out with coke oven gas heating heat conduction oil, instead of steam as a heat source of ammonia distillation process transformation test, the effect is better, heavy steel can also try to apply.

② About the utilization of coke oven gas

In the past two years, the gas production and consumption data of the heavy steel coking plant are only about 20% of the self-consumption of the coking plant. In the past two years, the incidence of gas in coking plants has increased. There are factors in the reduction of leakage and dispersion in coke oven production due to the improvement of coke oven technical equipment level and operation management level, and also related to the change of raw material coal quality and coking process.

In the actual production of the coking plant, the coke oven gas is exported from the coke oven and sent out after purification treatment until the subsequent production users of Chongqing Iron and Steel Co., which is a continuous gas treatment system. When the coking production is normal and the subsequent users are also in normal and continuous operation, the coke oven gas goes smoothly, thus the coking production is stable, the gas output is high, the leakage and dispersion are small, and the gas incidence rate is also high; when the coking production is normal and the subsequent users are unstable, although the gas production is high, it causes a large amount of gas leakage and dispersion due to no direction, which reduces the gas recovery rate, causes energy waste and environmental pollution, and in turn affects the production stability of coking itself.

In 2005, heavy steel was undergoing technological transformation, so the production of each plant was in an unstable state, so the incidence of coke oven gas was low. Therefore, the coking system uses the surplus coke oven gas as much as possible to replace the direct outsourcing energy such as steam in production.
