The measures to avoid vibration are 1. Standardize the quality index of the meshing of the driving gear and the rack. After the actual measurement, the top clearance of 14~15mm is not easy to produce vibration, at this time the side clearance will increase, enhance the adaptability. 2. Standardize the elevation of the running track and the support roller of the coke pushing rod. The pushing car runs on the running track and the pushing rod runs on the supporting roller, and the elevation of the two directly affects the levelness of the pushing rod. 3. Adjust the height of the sliding shoes. The height of the sliding shoe can be adjusted through the gasket. After the sliding shoe enters the carbonization chamber, it should keep the elevation of the original position of the coke pushing rod and move horizontally. After production practice, the gap between the sliding shoe and the bottom surface of the carbonization chamber is generally 8~12mm.
After the coke oven equipment is put into operation, due to the opening and closing of the oven door, the operation of loading coal and coke, etc., the temperature shock of cold and heat changes, the collision, extrusion, friction and the erosion of some harmful substances in the gas, so that the various parts of the furnace body are gradually damaged. Usually, the damage is early and fast at the end of the combustion chamber. At first, cracks and mild denudation occurred here, and then the cracks gradually extended and widened. At the same time, some irregular cracks and cracks also appeared on the top of the furnace head, and the denudation gradually spread to the depth and breadth. Later, the wall cracks appeared again, and cracks began to appear near the coal loading hole and other parts. With the increase of cracks and the expansion of denudation, the furnace body continues to elongate, the furnace column curvature increases, and all parts of the masonry, especially the furnace head, are deformed, staggered, falling bricks or even collapsed. In addition to the shear stress caused by the different elongation of the combustion chamber, the chute is also affected by factors such as temperature and debris blockage. In addition to the impact of the above-mentioned shear stress and temperature change, the top part of the furnace is also subjected to mechanical stress to produce cracks or deformation.
The aging damage of coke oven can be divided into two kinds of normal natural aging damage and abnormal aging damage. Normal aging is the natural aging process under the normal production and use conditions of coke oven, which is inevitable. Even if the new coke oven production 3 ~ 5a (years), will be in the carbonization chamber near the furnace head wall, there are different degrees of erosion, pockmarked surface and even different length and width of the vertical cracks. Non-normal aging, on the other hand, is accidental and generally avoidable.
Normal damage and reasonable maintenance of the coke oven, its service life of up to 30a years or more, and by a variety of abnormal damage or although belong to the normal damage but not reasonable maintenance of the coke oven, often can not reach the design service life, or even only ten years or a few years of service life. Therefore, strengthening the production technology management and timely thermal maintenance of coke oven is an important way to prolong the life of coke oven.
